This Holiday Artist and Crafter's Market will take place as part of our "Art Extravaganza" for the following days and hours:
-Friday, December 9 4pm-9pm
-Saturday, December 10 10am-5pm
-Sunday, December 11 from 12-5pm
We offer this market as a way for local artists to share their work with the community, and for visitors to have the opportunity to appreciate and enjoy the work of local artists.
Requirements for the artist market include:
You must be present to sell your work.
All merchandise being sold must be original art and/or crafts (all mediums accepted)
Individual spaces will be limited to 10x10
There will be a representative from the Arts Council there to assist you in setting up as early as 2 hours before the event.
You must have a NC Sales & Use Tax Number or have applied for the number.
We understand that a few of our vendors are unable to make Friday's date because of work schedules, and others may prefer not to open booths on Sundays. To avoid confusion and overbooking of space, we only offer the reservation of all three days for one price, but do not require vendors to attend all three days.
Set up begins 2 hours before each the start time on each day. You must be completely set up by the start time. Break down of booths is not permitted before the closing time each day for the safety of our guests. You are welcome to leave your booths set up overnight.
Early Bird registration! If you are a member and register by end of day Wednesday, November 23rd, your registration fee will be $50. After the 23rd, the fee is $60.
For the public, it is $90 to reserve a space by end of day wEdnesday, November 23rd and $100 after that date. *membership is only $30 for individuals*
Registration will close Sunday, December 4.
